What's your refund policy?

We authorize refund based on the following conditions,

1. If it's for our product's problem that you can not use the software.

2. We only authorize refund for order that placed within the past 7 days.

3. We do not authorize refund for site license

4. If we authorized refund, you must remove the software from your computer completely.
